                      What is an Art ?

Art is a diverse range of (products of) human activities involving creative imagination to express technical proficiency, beauty, emotional power, or conceptual ideas. There is no generally agreed definition of what constitutes art, and ideas have changed over time. The three classical branches of visual art are painting, sculpture, and architecture. Theatre, dance, and other performing arts, as well as literature, music, film and other media such as interactive media, are included in a broader definition of the arts. Until the 17th century, art referred to any skill or mastery and was not differentiated from crafts or sciences. In modern usage after the 17th century, where aesthetic considerations are paramount, the fine arts are separated and distinguished from acquired skills in general, such as the decorative or applied arts. The nature of art and related concepts, such as creativity and interpretation, are explored in a branch of philosophy known as aesthetics. The resulting artworks are studied in the professional fields of art criticism and the history of art.

Art can be also defined as the expression or application of human creative skill  and imagination, typically in visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing work should be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.

BENEFIT OF ART OR WHY ART?

There are lots and lots of benefits of art which include:
1)  For other health conditions, visual arts activities help patients forget about their illnesses. It also lowers their stress hormone cortisol and gives them an outlet to express their feelings and experiences. For a very sensitive person art works at its best.

2)  Benefits of art include language development , boost brain power, boost life skills and improve academic performance.

3) for me art is a mystic thing which makes me focus on good, I am becoming more positive towards all aspect of life because of art, It is helping me to observe things deeply. 

4) Art improves patience of one because without patience artist cannot make a great art.

5) Consistency: person who is confused at every time should try art therapy art will definitely help one to make firm decision and it will help in improving consistency.


TYPES OF ARTS

There are many types of art but there are mainly three types of art which includes:

3)  Literature Arts

1) Visual Art:  Visual arts include painting, drawing, sculpture etc...
2) Performing Arts:  Performing art means forms of creative activity that are performed in front of an audience such as drama, music and dance.
3) Literature Art: Literary arts include Poetry, Journalism, Blogging and creative writing.
